According to our Regulations, which are available here, all Members are automatically subscribed to our quarterly newsletter and thus receive an email from us four times a year. We believe this process best facilitates connection with our Members.

During the period of your membership, we save and use your data for the purposes of various member-based initiatives, including but not limited to, the quarterly newsletter and the members’ directory. After your membership has ended, we will only retain your data if you opt-in to such a data retention.

We do not share your personal data with anyone outside the association. You have the right to withdraw your consent from sharing your data at any time by letting us know via an email at info@ayicl.com.
